360 Product Provider is a know distribution company as well as a collaborating business but going into the details would make this blog into a book called "Retail Industry for dummies". But seriously how simple does companies make it for there consumers??? From the kiosk machine, the pick up lanes, and even self checkout.. there suppose to be quicker and easier for consumers and all individuals alike..
All this technology nobody gave a thought about the not so computer savvy people in the world or the elders that stick to what they know, and that's pay and go. I know there's a saying stating that you must "change with the changing of the time". But what if they don't want to change or do no possess the quality of change.. Alternatives to aid customers with these delimmas like regular employee checkout will cease to exist. I walk in the store now and all I have is a computer to assist me.
This is more of a open discussion, we as a people have made it simple and easy for most but what about the selected few.. What can we do about them??? 360PP is known for taking phone orders for those who can not successfully checkout online but there must be more ways?????
